The five-day Principles and Practices of Project Management course has been audio recorded by The Executive Education Network and will be marketed together with some value added sessions by Zervigon International, Ltd. as well as the Executive Education Network.

Zervigon International, Ltd. has been selected to participate as a subcontractor under the leadership of Burke Klienpeter in the Louisiana Department of Transportation I-12 to Bush four lane corridor feasibility study. Z. I. Ltd. is facilitating the public and stakeholder participation process. Mario Zervigon is the contract manager for the project.

Mario Zervigon has joined the firm of Zervigon International, Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer.

Carlos Zervigon stated that he was honored to have been nominated twice to serve on the Project Management Institute Board of Directors. While he was willing to serve both times, he stated that there was a genuine sense of relief when other candidates were elected by the general membership. He informed the Board Chair that he was always available to assist the Board in any special project.
Carlos R. Zervigon, President of Zervigon International, Ltd. served in the position of President for the Global Assembly of Chapter Presidents of PMI (Project Management Institute) for the year 2002. Part of the responsibility involved serving in an ex-officio capacity on the PMI Board of Directors. He sees this as a way of giving back to a profession that has given him so much.

ASC of Jamaica recently retained Zervigon International to conduct a three day project management seminar tailored to their information technology projects.

Zervigon International, Ltd. continues to work with the New Orleans District of the United States Army Corps of Engineers to assist them in organizational change from a heavily functional structure to a matrix structure focused on project delivery teams.

Jamaica Broilers Group Ltd. a conglomerate of companies related to chicken, beef and seafood production and processing retained Zervigon International, Ltd. to meet with the Executive Team to help them improve their management of the selection and implementation of projects.

Carlos R. Zervigon makes presentation to the first IST Project Management Conference in Jamaica at Ciboney Hotel in Ocho Rios. The conference was subtitled The Executive Challenge. The presentation focused on the role of executives in either sustaining or destroying IST projects.
