The courses are Project Controls, Project Quality Management, Project Risk Management, Earned Value Management, and Project Procurement Management. The courses are scheduled for five consecutive days with each day providing seven Professional Development Units. Pricing is on a sliding scale depending on the number of days included in the registration.
